Sunset Signs is an industry leader in custom archtectural and electrical signage. We work with many clients including Architects, Designers, Developers, Property Managers, General Contractors to create high quality signage. Summary
The Sales Executive is responsible for day-to-day sales activities and development of relationships with existing and prospective customers. A primary focus is to target Architects, Designers, Developers, General Contractors, and more.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Increase market share through new client acquisition and development of relationships
• Identify new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, trade shows, etc
• Present Sunset Signs’ capabilities to developers, architects, general contractors, and retail chains to identify sales opportunities
• Perform consultative sales for complete signage packages
• Continually building product knowledge through participation in periodic training sessions, team interaction, and industry/sector events
• Assist in the project process for site surveys, permits, and installs
• Achieve monthly and annual sales quota and agreed upon weekly activity requirements
• Maintain a high level of client satisfaction
Required Skills
• Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role
• Proficiency in English
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus
• Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
• Fast learner and passion for sales
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
Education / Experience
To be considered for this position you must have:
• High School degree or GED or relevant experience
• 1-2 years sales experience with a proven track record
• Sign industry experience not required but is a plus
• Ability to based in-office (position is not remote)
Employment Details
• Reports to: General Manager
• Status: Salary
• Salary Range: Up to $70,000 plus bonuses*
• Hours:
Regular Business Hours are Monday - Friday from 8AM-5PM.
May be required to work overtime, including nights and weekends
• Benefits (after 90 days):

Holiday Pay (6 paid holidays/year minimum)
PTO (1 week min/year with increments at 3 years and 5 years)
Sick Time (1 week/year)
Retirement Account Match up to 4%
